Data Analysis and Financial Management
"It is critical to capture measurable factual data that identifies both positive and negative results." GYPA will help you to identify your “true bottom line” through both financial perspective and effective financial management.
Using Financial Management Reports to Manage
Financial management reports are custom-designed financial reports that match a specific functional organization and the management (past/present/future) thereof. These reports are analyzed to determine the effectiveness of all business and business management actions taken. The newly identified data is then used to create new management action plans. Increased management accuracy and effectiveness will produce increased positive accounting numbers.
Financial Management Reports
Financial management reports should not be confused with accounting reports.
a) Financial Accounting Reports: factual data relating to numbers.
b) Financial Management Reports: factual data relating to business and business management actions (people & things).
